Arsenal Star Involved In Training Ground Bust-up With Teammate
Arsenal defender Jurrien Timber got into an altercation with Dutch team-mate Wout Weghorst at the training ground on Sunday.
According to Dutch media, the clash occurred after a controversial foul in a practice match, leading to heightened tensions between the two players.
The incident happened during a session organized by Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman for the Nations League reserves and substitutes during the team’s 5-2 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both Timber and Weghorst appeared as second-half substitutes in this match.
As emotions ran high, Koeman stepped in to prevent the situation from escalating further. As the footage of the incident was broadcast on a Dutch news channel, a frustrated Wout Weghorst threw away his training shirt and left buried.
Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.
