The footballer made a huge claim about the current Chelsea player and it would be a surprise for the player he is talking about.
Chelsea have brought in a number of players under their new owners in recent seasons, and some of them have been more successful than others, at least so far.
Many Blues fans seem to have given up on Mykhailo Mudryk, who waxed lyrical in the media that Chelsea spent too much on him.
Sure, Mudryk is older and could still prove some people wrong, but so far he hasn’t been good enough as a Chelsea player. But his Ukrainian counterpart Georgiy Sudakov said Mudryk could win the Ballon d’Or and his potential is limitless.
Sudakov now supports his team-mate, who has 55 caps for club and country. In a speech quoted by Give Me Sport, Sudakov said:
“Mykhailo is a great player, he has no limits, and with his qualities he could win the Ballon d’Or, but it all depends on him.” I think he can show his best qualities. “Ukraine have very talented players and Mudryk is a good example for us.”
These are big demands, but we still expect international players to support their colleagues. Let’s see what happens with Mudryk at Chelsea as well as on the world stage.
