Ilie Nastase holds the record for the highest winning percentage among players who have participated multiple times in the ATP Finals.

Grigor Dimitrov is the only ATP Finals champion with a 100% record at the tournament, winning all five of his qualifying matches in 2017.

Boris Becker has played 49 matches in the ATP Finals, with a record of 36 wins and 13 losses, giving him a winning percentage of 73.5%.

The German has competed 11 times in the competition, winning three finals, finishing runner-up five times and losing in the semi-final. Becker lost the title match in his first and last seasons at the ATP Finals in 1985 and 1996.

Novak Djokovic played in 68 matches in the year-end championship, recording 50 wins, 18 losses and a win rate of 73.5%.

The Serb has won seven of his 16 ATP finals, losing twice in the final and three in the semifinals. Djokovic was eliminated in his debut match at the ATP Finals in 2007 and won his last match in 2023.

Ilie Nastase has a record of 22 wins and 3 losses in 25 matches played in ATP Finals, with a winning percentage of 88%. The Romanian won four titles during his five year-end championship appearances, including a runner-up finish in 1974.

Nastase won the ATP Finals in his first and last campaigns in 1971 and 1975.
